G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn h\u0131zla de\u011fi\u015fen bulut altyap\u0131lar\u0131nda, \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli organizasyonlarda, AWS IAM (Identity and Access Management) kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 manuel olarak y\u00f6netmek hem zaman al\u0131c\u0131 hem de hata yapmaya a\u00e7\u0131k bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Her bir kullan\u0131c\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 konsola girip izinleri yap\u0131land\u0131rmak, g\u00fcvenlik politikalar\u0131n\u0131 uygulamak ve eri\u015fim anahtarlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netmek, operasyonel y\u00fck\u00fc art\u0131r\u0131rken g\u00fcvenlik risklerini de beraberinde getirebilir. \u0130\u015fte tam bu noktada, altyap\u0131y\u0131 kod olarak y\u00f6netme (Infrastructure as Code – IaC) prensibini benimseyen Terraform devreye giriyor.
