Merhaba! Fatih Soysal olarak, bu yaz\u0131da sizlere e-ticaret siteniz i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir destek chatbot’u olu\u015fturma yolculu\u011funun d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sunuyorum. \u00d6nceki b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde temel yap\u0131 ta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturduk. \u015eimdi ise LangChain kullanarak, bu bile\u015fenleri bir araya getirecek olan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir pipeline olu\u015fturman\u0131n zaman\u0131 geldi. Bu pipeline, chatbot’unuzun daha ak\u0131ll\u0131, verimli ve etkili olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n

LangChain, b\u00fcy\u00fck dil modelleri (LLM’ler) ile etkile\u015fim kurmay\u0131 ve \u00e7e\u015fitli veri kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 birle\u015ftirmeyi kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir k\u00fct\u00fcphanedir. Bu sayede, chatbot’unuz sadece basit cevaplar vermekle kalmaz; \u00fcr\u00fcn bilgilerini, sipari\u015f takibini ve di\u011fer \u00f6nemli bilgileri verimli bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netebilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, bir m\u00fc\u015fteri sipari\u015f numaras\u0131n\u0131 sordu\u011funda, LangChain bu bilgiyi veritaban\u0131n\u0131zdan \u00e7ekip m\u00fc\u015fteriye iletebilir. Ayr\u0131ca, m\u00fc\u015fterinin sorusunu anlamak ve uygun cevab\u0131 \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in LLM’nin g\u00fcc\u00fcnden de yararlan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n
